The Rule 24 Code
Mindset & Ownership — Rules 01–08
You are responsible for everything.
Not most things. Not the things in your control. Everything. The moment you accept this, you become dangerous.
Stop feeling sorry for yourself.
Self-pity is the most expensive habit you have. It costs you time, energy, and progress — and pays you nothing in return.
Nobody is coming to save you.
Stop waiting. No one is going to hand you the life you want. The only person showing up for you is you.
Excuses are a choice.
Every excuse you make is a decision to stay where you are. Own the reason things aren't working — that's the only way to change it.
Your past does not determine your standard.
Where you came from is a fact. Where you're going is a decision. The two are not connected unless you connect them.
What you tolerate, you choose.
Every standard you allow to be broken is a standard you've decided to live without. Tolerance is a vote for the current situation.
Your opinion of yourself runs your life.
Other people's perception of you is their business, not yours. Build yourself for you — not for an audience.
Clarity is a weapon.
Know exactly what you want and exactly why you want it. Vague goals produce vague lives. Precision creates momentum.
Discipline & Execution — Rules 09–16
Motivation is a guest. Discipline lives here.
Motivation shows up when it wants and leaves the same way. Discipline shows up every day regardless of how you feel.
Do it when you don't want to.
Anyone can work when they feel like it. The gap between you and everyone else is built in the moments you show up anyway.
Consistency beats intensity.
One perfect week means nothing. Four disciplined months means everything. Show up at 80% every day over 100% twice a week.
Action is the only answer.
Planning without execution is just organized procrastination. You do not think your way into results. You work your way there.
Hard days are the work.
Easy days don't build anything. The days you want to quit are the exact days that separate who you are from who you're becoming.
Keep the promises you make to yourself.
Every broken self-promise erodes your self-trust. Every kept one builds it. Your relationship with yourself runs everything else.
Focus on what you can control.
Energy spent on what you can't control is energy wasted. Direct everything into your effort, your execution, and your response.
Finish what you start.
Half-finished work is just evidence of half-finished commitment. See it through. The habit of completion is one of the most powerful you can build.
Standards & Lifestyle — Rules 17–23
Your body is your first investment.
Everything you want to build in life requires a body and mind capable of building it. Train. Sleep. Eat well. This is not optional.
Protect your peace like it's your most valuable asset.
Because it is. Chaos is expensive. Peace is productive. Guard your environment, your relationships, and your mental space with intention.
Your time is non-renewable.
You can make more money. You cannot make more time. Spend it like it matters — because it's the only thing you can never get back.
Your energy goes where your attention goes.
What you consume, who you spend time with, what you think about — all of it shapes what you build. Be deliberate with your attention.
Stop settling.
Settling is a slow surrender. Every time you accept less than your standard, you move your standard down. Refuse it. In all things.
Earn it.
Not because someone gave it to you. Not because you feel you deserve it. Because you did the work, stayed the course, and went and took it.
Raise your standard and your life follows.
The standard is not the ceiling. It is the floor. Everything you build — your body, your work, your relationships — rises to meet the standard you hold.
Everyone gets the same 24 hours. The 23 rules above are how you use them. But Rule 24 is the one that matters most — because it's the only one that's fully, completely, non-negotiably yours. Every day you wake up, you get 24 hours. No more. No less. No exceptions. What you do with them is the sum total of who you are and who you're becoming. Own every hour. Own every decision. Own every result. That is the standard. That is Rule 24.

Why I Do This
There was a point in my life where I kept feeling sorry for myself. Like nothing was working. Like things were being taken from me.
Then one day it hit me.
In this life, nobody is coming to hand you anything. You have to wake up and take what you want. You have to go earn it — through discipline, hard work, and a complete indifference to what anyone else thinks about you or what you do.
I learned how valuable my time and energy are. How important my own peace is. And once you truly understand that — you stop settling for anything that interrupts your journey.
You go out and earn it. You take it.
That's why Rule 24 exists. Not to motivate you. To hold you to a standard you set for yourself.
"The work is yours. The guidance is ours. The results are earned."
What You Walk Away With
No before-and-after theatre. These are the standards every client is coached toward — and the only reason the program exists.
12 Weeks
Visible composition change, measurable strength gains, and a resting standard your old self couldn't hold. Not a transformation photo — a new baseline.
Daily
Training, meals, sleep, and deep work locked into a structure you follow without negotiation. The decision fatigue is gone by week three.
Permanent
You stop being someone who is 'trying to get in shape.' You become someone who trains, eats, and shows up on standard — because that is who you are now.
Questions
Performance is $299/month with a 12-week minimum. Elite is $499/month and requires an accepted application. Both include everything listed on the Programs cards — no upsells, no add-ons.
Plan on 4–6 training sessions per week, plus daily nutrition execution and a weekly check-in. If you can't commit at least 5 disciplined hours a week outside of work and family, this isn't the right time.
Every application is read personally. If you're a fit, you'll get an email within 3 business days to schedule an intro call. If you're not, you'll get an honest no. Silence is not the answer here.
No. You need to be honest, coachable, and willing to execute. Starting point doesn't matter. Standard does.
Fully remote. Programming, check-ins, form reviews, and calls are all delivered online. Elite includes bi-weekly live calls.
Performance requires the 12-week commitment because that's how long real change takes. After the initial term, both programs are month-to-month. Specific refund terms are shared in writing before you're onboarded.
Because attention is the product. Ten is the number where every client gets what they paid for. When a spot opens, the next-best applicant is called.
